- Artist Application Form – form and payment due by December 31, 2020.
- Artists that do not have a space to show should contact Paul Supplee for information on sites with available space
- Art Gallery and/or Arts Organization Application Form – form and payment due by December 31, 2020.
- Tour Oasis Stop Application Form – form and payment due by December 31, 2020.
- Tour Sponsor Application Form – form and payment due by January 15, 2021
- Tour Advertiser Application Form – form and payment due by January 15, 2021
