Win Herberg - open pottery studio
A pottery open studio will begin in March 2010 at Win's studio in Frederic, WI. She will be open to most days and times. Weekends are good too. No more than 5 participants at one time.The emphasis will be on hand-built three dimensional pieces and tiles, but you are welcome to work on the wheel. This clay is also suitable for outdoor structures. The cost will be $10 per session (two to three hours long) as last year. All materials and firing costs are included; however, you will need to buy your clay at approx. $12.50 per 25 pounds.

Mimi Frawley - In a two-night class (February 2010 dates), you'll learn how to design and construct silver earrings. In another class (April 2010 dates), learn how to create a pendant of fine silver using precious metal clay which can be molded and shaped almost like regular clay and is kiln-fired to become hardened fine silver. Special Class March 6, 2010: Julie will be teaching a "Fun STill Life with Mixed Media" class on Saturday, March 6 at Rivertown Artworks in Osceola. For beginner to advanced, it should be a fun day. Cost for class is $65 which includes a materials fee. Call Beth Colazy at 715-529-1126 to register.
